GmailView steps
  1. Open Gmail Settings, then See all settings.
  2. Under General, scroll to Signature and choose Create new.
  3. Paste into the signature box, set your defaults, and click Save Changes.
OutlookView steps
  1. Open Settings and search for Email signature.
  2. Choose your account, create a new signature, and paste it into the editor.
  3. Set it for new messages and replies, then save.
Apple MailView steps
  1. Open Mail Settings, choose Signatures, and select your account.
  2. Add a signature, turn off Always match my default message font, and paste.
  3. Close Settings, compose a test email, and choose the signature.
